i also want to see an EXTRA set of questions for each role type, and each shift type.
e.g some questiosn are standard for everyone, and then there are more sepcific questions for EST person, or WD person or... etc
Send me the document of question template, i will review and adjust to help you UNDERSTAND potential candidates better.

your interview notes should be added to this document form now on - use a differetn colour text for your notes for each candiadte. and oyu just upload this file for interview notes.
of course in teh interview you can write on notepad becasue you cannot type fast enough to manage during an interview, and after the interview you write up the notes into this documnt.
This also hlps you THINK about the time you had with the cafndidate and reflect on how you feel as you are writing the notes again.
