But unfortunately if the power goes out the UPS does not back up with generator power. I do not understand why this UPS? Everyday my laptop was shut down 4-5 times. IDNC1 user guys are already send IT ticket but there is no result. this is really difficult to work in such condition. Please solve this issue ASAP. FYI my laptop has no backup for a Nano second. |
