this should be SUPPORTING role doing supporting activties - admin activities so taht you and me can focus on the problem solving and strategic stuff and progressing on HR stuff.

ok so this is a good list.
1. make a official job description for this and assign to Sarah by email - CC me.
2. UPDATE HR policy book wiht thie HR assistant role details.
3. check teh HR process to see what other aspects she can be doing, that doesnt require strategic thikning and planning wiht me. because that stuff only you and me do together.
