Task Details :-

As discussed on teh parent task... produce a simple reporting sheet that needs to be signed by Kukon when the laptops are maintained/cleaned.

 

this should be a fixed routine, e.g. minimum 1 time per week. with a set date and time. as you know these guys need to be given specific details. if you say "do it anytime during the week" - it means it will never get done.

    Hi Rob,

    It will be too much extra work if they need to put a signature on every cell. I suggest we supply one page to each security.

    - They only enter the things they have cleaned on their sheet and put a signature at the end of the page.

    - Then, they submit this to Karim/Khukon

    - Kukon/Karim cross-checks and approves by adding their signatures.

    - Security keeps the page on his file as a record. 

    We can use a page like the one attached.

    Hi Ross, we can improve it furhter as atached where a signature is required on each line item for each laptop (LP).

     

    thsi way.. if we find that a computer isnt cleaned... yet someone actually put their signaure there.. we can make them accountable.

     

    if they put a TICK there it wont work ebcause we wont know who did teh tick. exmapl... onik will say nahid put the tick on my sheet.

     

    so we always think about "what could go wrong with this proceedure" and we try to overcome it in our setup.

    yes the problem wiht this is that its too broad/vague for these guys.

    the report needs to be more concise and SPECIFC wht needs to be done.

     

    so basically you need 1 column at the start the SPECIFIES the exact duty.

    e.g cleap laptop exteriror

    blow dust out of vents

    wipe keyboard and mouse

    wipe monitor

    blow dust out ot server machines

    blow dust out of PSU

    blow dust from Swtiches

    wipe desks fully

     

     

    etc... think of anythign adn everything that could be harmed by dust and non cleaning

     

    we'll review togther until we have a perfect checklist.

    We used this template previously. They need to do this each Saturday. Does the attached format works or we need to add anything else?
