Hello Rob,

Yes, the document is up to date. All the credentials are added and maintained.

Regarding Multipoint, initially, we used 3rd party tools like RDPWrapper but after moving to Server 2016 nothing is needed. Thats why there is no section for Multipoint in the document.

steve, we use this regularly.

is this up to date?

meaning:

1. password logins etc all included?

2. anything new has been added or not?

3. any new processes or systems we have implemented? i dont remember seeing a section on implementing Multi point in this manual.

Hello Rob,

Please find attached the IT Manual and Troubleshooting guide.

But you wont find everything in this document. There are so many things in IT that i cant put everything on a single word document. I have to keep certain things like credentials etc out of the document. Also video tutorial files are not included in this document.

However every IT related things are kept on SI repository google drive folder.
