so now as oyu will see teh main banner is a sign up process.

so you neeed to complete this so that a user can signup as a AFFILIATE user

make a new table for this user data because we will need more data fields in the future. for now we just need this information:

1. name

2. email

3. telephone

so when they fill in this homepage form - they will go to registration page to fill in remaining information like telephone.

ALSO tehy must confirm email address so ensure you ahve function for this.

attached is the page design. it is ready created but i can see the main banner section is hidden and somethign else is showing on top.

please make the main banner visible and move the item currently showing in teh banner place - move it lower to a new section on teh page.
