Chris,

We have few people doing different work on amazon stores.

When we get potential clients, the client themselves is unsure how they can use virtual staff for their amazon stores. So I have to educate them. But I educate them on a high level, giving them overall idea.

It will be good if I can give them a DETAILED education of how they can use virtual staff.

This in return will improve the success rate of clietns ACCEPTING us and using us.

So this is what I need you to do:

Make powerpoint presentation under MVP branding of the different work each person working with amazon is doing.
e.g you will have a presentation for what Anthony is doing. What ronny is doing. What sally is doing.

Best way is to get these guys to create their own presentations explaining their work in detail with screenshots.

You then review the presentation, change/fix to make sure it is fit for clients and easy to undertand.

Send to me to use for clients.

Do the same for any other client work that can be replicated easily. For instance Sage accounting work that Alan does.
or order processing work some other whizzle guys do.

Make this a priority, add it to your Task list, and get this to me with a week or so.

thanks for this. this is only 1 aspect of amazon work, which is product uploading.

i am aware our guys are using other software to facilitate teh work, and also other function. i need insight into those functions are doing - because it is those other things that i need to advise potential clients on. everyone knows about listing products thats the obvious part.

re other process like whizzle, I cancelled that because i.e whizzle, we cant do much without disclousing IDs of them or clients they have. so its a bit risky.

(yeah I know I can black tap the id infos, but its a lot of work and the end result becomes unpresentable.)

I think you forgot I have updated you on this after few days just after the assignment.

I got rubbish from our staffs, was not usable at all.

I tried and failed to make them create a simple tutorial guide on what they do.

I will re-initiate this agian, shortly. will get daniel to oversee this.
