ok in that case none of tehse CVs are suitable.

as teh otehr people arash sifat etc got engaged, thats unlucky as i was not ready to hire these people.

now that the time has arrived i dont have any candidates prepared by you.

You shortlisted Arash, Sifat, Taslima Jafrin Tuly for the telephonic role. But all of them got engaged with another job so they didn't join. 

Later on, we hired Ben and Sherman for the same kind of role. ( Ben is fired now so now have Gary and Sherman on the bench.)

about the CVs, I have sent you the only leftover candidates with good English from our waiting list. We are constantly looking for more VA candidates with better English, once we get some i will update you.

im rather confused. none of tehse CVs mention in my notes that the canddiate is suitabel for telephone role. when i come across canddiates who have exceptional english or confidence in english i usually write "suitable for telephone/ telesales".
