    hi Rob, I'll need some more information. if the trademark is to be in one particular country, it'd be easy and straightforward (on most countries). but if this is to be an international trademark, it'd take a different+complex process.
    if it's to be registered in a particular country, i'll need the country's name, so that i can find out the relevant information. if it's to be registered internationally, i can provide some information, but the person will need an attorney anyway because of the complexity of the process.
