As you have seen over the years I am always looking at productivty to ensure people are being productive and driving results.
I need you to get onto this mindset and observing /monitoring productivity COMPANY WIDE.
Basically in simple terms “nobody should be sitting around doing nothing or less work and getting paid for nothing. And if anyone is doing bench work they should be doing none-sense, the bench work need to be driving some kind of USEFUL result”
Think over this and lets discuss your ideas on how “you will ensure you maintain productivity company wide”
I would like to finalise a plan for you before end of Jan, so effectively Feb you are on top of this key requirement.

Hi Rob,
I think the internal and bench people are mostly the concern here for sitting idle. For client roles, we can easily get regular client feedback to know whether the staff is productive. We can also do some random checks on their tasks.
