Also.. we need to do this:

1. We need bench people + G prog people to spend 1 hour per day UPDATING this data… some no longer exists, some close, some changed emails.
2. We need bench people + G Prog people to spend 1 hour per day FINDING NEW DATA for some categories. I will

NOTE: any data collection work – oyu must involved logistic guys they can do this full time basically. We discused engaging these guys already.

ok ive sent you an email today about doign data collection . check my email and lets use some of these excellent technoques for efficient data collection work.

Boss, you have postponed data collection task for a while that's why this has been postpned till now.

ok so automated messaging and thigns like that is not good to do on linked in.

however... notice my other message before that... where i explained how ian should be using this.... im not sure why you are not advising him the "smart way of working".

us managers are supposed to always be thinking "what is the smart way fo working".

Using third-party apps for automated messages could threaten your LinkedIn account. Therefore, I do not recommend using such tools, as they may result in your profile being banned. 

 

LinkedIn’s policy on automation tools is this:

“To protect our members’ data and our website, we don’t permit the use of any third-party software, including crawlers, bots, browser plug-ins, or browser extensions that scrape, modify the appearance of, or automate activity on LinkedIn’s website.”

FURTHERMORE... i know there are software that exist that allow you to automate messaging your connections... as you have been leading bench work for long time, you know that linked in work is required... therefore you could be thinking about finding a suitable software to siumplify / automate / make this process more effcieicnt.

THAT woudl show me true advance thinking mate...

what i understand from this video is that.... you can do this...

a. open up your connections (or any person profile) in a new tab

b. use the app to collate everyones details into a spreadsheet easily.

so this means really Ian is wasting time manually copying the connections details onto the sheet.

he should just open how many connections he will message... and use the app to collect the data. and only manually do the messaging....

so why is ian not using this to collate all my contact on mvp on teh spreadsheet easily and quickly?

Yes, Boss. This tool is amazing, and I have used it before. We can fetch 200 emails from LinkedIn per month using a single account. I have also suggested this excellent extension to our data entry team and will do so again for the upcoming data collection work.
