Hello Rob,

Among 3, Miles a bit slow compared to Andy and Martin.But all 3 are capable enough. All 3 are capable of handling our office structure.

Right now we have 1 IT in the morning and 2 on BDT.Martin is flexible so we are using him when and where is needed.We are changing his work hours.Some times he works 11am-7pm to cover both shift.

Untill we get more employees in EST, we are good.Even if someone resigns we still have 2 IT. The issue is most of the people we have now are DA with no IT background. I already discussed with Daniel regarding this to see if we have any potential candidate for IT executive but there is none at the moment.

Daniel is keeping an eye,if he sees any potential candidate then i will interview him.

how reliable are you 3 IT execs currently?

how capable are there?

what will happe if 1 person is off sick for example 2 weeks?

what will happen if 1 person resigns?

share your thinking on how you will handle the above situations. im a bit concerned that you didnt do any forward thinking on this yet.. so i want you to start thinking about these cases

i plan to have 30 more peope joiinig in 2-3 months... so you need to think ahead.
