Task Details :-
Steve,
replacement of Mailerlite needed urgently. we keep putting this to sleep, lets make it happen, its critical for my marketing work.
Task Current Status :-
Task Not Complete
your thinking the right way mate... you looking at the upcoming bench list.
I agree Allen is the best option... lets delegate to him.
Client POntas is not fully confirmed yet.. we dont have work volume yet. so we can use Allen.
There are few options.
Seth - He is strongest among DA. But we are considering put seth with a new client. he is work 5 hours with client. Remaining 3 hours he can work on sender .net
Allen - He has experience working on mailchimp and mailerlite. So he is a ideal candidate. but we are considering him for Pontas client. If client didnt pick him, he will be ideal for this task.
Spencer - he is very slow. lac common sense. Not ideal for this task.
Tim - He is good. Only issue is he is not punctual.
As i havent work with any of the guys directly, i am not sure which person i should selct.
ok mate so the 2 automations are:
1. ex-clients - if you are unsure - check iwht me regarding the automation you are choosing
2. educate prospects
The question is who you will delegate this work to?
Hello Rob,
Template is ready now. Initial plan with Sender.net was to run 2 important automations for around 2 months to see how it goes. If everything works fine then we will convert all our automations from mailerlite/mailchimp to sender.net
So the next step is to determine which 2 automation we will run. Once we decide that, we will create 2 automations, add 8 mails per automation (i am guassing we will send 1 mail per week).
Once mails are added to automations, we will start adding 25 subscriber per day to each automation.
Let me know which 2 automation you think we should start
Steve i have updated the template... well i think that was the right thing i was editing as it was quite confusing!
let me know if its ok or if you need me to do anythign else.
what is the next step?
Hello Rob,
sender.net account is ready. All verification like DMARC,DKIM,SPFrecords are set accordingly.
Here is the credentials :
URL : sender.net
username/password : rob@staff-india.com / x81N6!ucGz£v
You need to edit the default template first. then i can start adding mail contents in it.
Finding template is a bit tricky on free plan. Once you login, go to Automation. You will see 2 test automations. Click any of the automation and click on + to add a mail, then from there you can browse templates, image library etc.
yes please lets get this up and running asap.
to begin wiht we will build only 2 important automations and run this for maybe 2 months ebfore building more automation.
so that we can be sure we wont get banned for any silly reason.
Hello Rob,
As discussed we are going with sender.net.
I have already started working on it. Will update you once i have done initial setup, domain verification, DMIRC, DKIM signing etc
Thanks for the summary Steve.
Why don’t we use getResponse same as we used for FMC?
Sendpulse also seems fine – 50 emails per automation is sufficient, and 10 automations is fine.
Brevo – I think you misunderstood something , they wouldn’t do 2k subscriber limit on automation, that doesn’t make sense. I think you saw this which is for the free plan only:
So given the above information which shall we choose?
Hello Rob,
I have been looking into multiple options for mailerlite replacement. Basically we required few essential things on the tool
I have looked into other tools as well like Constant Contract, Aweber, Campaign Monitor, ConvertKit, GetResponse etc. those are pricy.
The best option I found is sender.net. its free upto 2.5k subscriber and 15000 emails/per month. It free plan also have automation( No restriction). When we need to upgrade from 2.5k subscriber to 5k it will cost us $28 per month. It has API to integrate with our website. It has a moderate html and text editor with image and video block.

My suggestion would be lets get started with sender.net as it will be free upto 2.5k subscribers
