Task Details :-
Daniel,
we have an induction day schedule / checklist.
using this a lot of the stuff can be AUTOMATED.... by making videos.... rather than spendign valuable time speaking to new hires.
part of the videos will have to be me giving welcome to people.
please look at the inducttion day full schedule and summary which aspects can be AUTOMATED by creating videos.
and you and me will focus on making these videos to compile and automated induction. of course some things will remain real life... example the excercises etc.

Boss, I think we may start with your video recording which also help me to prepare other video recordings professionally by taking your recording as a standard one.
so daniel.. what parts are we automating and who needs to prepare what?
HI Daniel,
you are right, some aspects require discussion for this reason only some parts of the induction can be automated.
here is how i am visuallising the induction process going forwrard:
1. you and new candidates in meeting room
2. the meeting room wall screen will play videos as necesary
3. you execute the induction and follow the schedule.
4. when the schedule has a part that is video recorfed you play that on the monitor on the wall and you can leave... to do other stuff you need to get done.
5. you come back when teh video is finished as you know how long the videos are
so you see it will be a mix of live and recorded.
ATTACHED is the induction day schedule with the items that need to be recorded in detail.
please execute, and ENSURE the otehr required people give you teh recording you need
From my perspective, slide 1, 2, 4, and 6 could be automated using video recordings.
1. Introduction to management
2. How to start work and what to do when a new client is assigne
4. Elaborate holiday policy
6. Dress code.
However, the remaining two require direct discussion to ensure proper understanding.
3. Why teamwork is important, how to act with team leader and member
5. Staff India roles and policies
Boss, thanks for the nice suggestion. And your welcome video will play a vital role to the new joiner.
But, I'm wondering if new candidates will watch the induction videos in full. It would be helpful to have someone monitor them, as their behavior during this process can provide insights into their work ethic and seriousness. The induction slides cover the following topics:
1. Introduction to management
2. How to start work and what to do when a new client is assigned
3. Why teamwork is important, how to act with team leader and members
4. Elaborate holiday policy
5. Staff India roles and policies
6. Dress code.
