This is what you need to do:

1. find stock market events in UAE / Dubai that MD can attend and meet stock market companies. Our aim is to meet company owners and talk about outsourcing their admin work, since Boss has a lot of knowledge in this.

2. check the event with him on skype since you are new to this, so he can clarify if the event is useful/suitable or not. after doing some events you will understand which ones are suitable.

3. after approval add the even to the FM Club calendar. you will find events to cover the upcoming 2 months.

4. set a recurring reminder on the calendar to "search new events" for the next 2 months.

Maintain this task now that you have reminders to do this.
