so to begin with you should do your own research on "how to improve website" - like website visibility, website usability, website search, webstie ranking, website traffic, website loading time etc - you ahve be to analytical and think about differnt things that can affect teh website performance and resaerch into these things and DISCOVER what factors we need to work on.
Make a summary of the different factors - and those are the factors you will need to work on fixing, improving, optimising.
you can speak to a developer to get an idea, there are software that helps you do these anlysis and guides you what factors are important for website optimisation.

I am doing SEO audit on Staff-india.com. There are several issues are detected. Specially Mobile version. Performance is 30% and Accessibility is 40%. I have done some modifications, and now the performance is 45%, and accessibility is 53%.
The main issue is the render blocking request. Some CSS files are causing the issues. I will keep working to make the site better.

I have wored on all our websites in server side. Updated php versions,enabled php fpm for batter loading time, worked on cache.
Tested all our websites with different tools. Websites are optimized in server side.
Next i am going to test all broken links of our websites. That is test each pages, subdomain to check if any page is broken and then fix it

I am going to to few things on the server side of our websites to improve performence.
I am going to upgrade Php version in all websites to 8.2
Enable PHP FPM for increase loading time
Adjust Cache(page,object and Browser cache)
Also going to test all our websites with tools like Google Pagespeed Insights,GTmetrix to check TTFB,LCP and CLS
Once i am done i will work with you to further optimize our sites through Frontend Optimization.

get on top fo this please. you should dedciate 1 hour per day on this as it is an ongoing work.
there are certain things that need to be done to keep websites optimised.
of course dsicuss the THINGS you will do before doing it, so i can be sure it wont hamper any of the wbesite work i am doing.
you may have noticed i am working on web development lately and i feel much better having control on this rather than wasting my time and energy on developers doing bad quality work.

Unfortunately i cant start right away. Have a family situation going on which will keep me busy for few weeks. MAybe i can start around 15th December.
