it is time to revamp this and make this better in every way.
so to begin with you should do your own research on "how to improve website" - like website visibility, website usability, website search, webstie ranking, website traffic, website loading time etc - you ahve be to analytical and think about differnt things that can affect teh website performance and resaerch into these things and DISCOVER what factors we need to work on.
Make a summary of the different factors - and those are the factors you will need to work on fixing, improving, optimising.
you can speak to a developer to get an idea, there are software that helps you do these anlysis and guides you what factors are important for website optimisation.

Unfortunately i cant start right away. Have a family situation going on which will keep me busy for few weeks. MAybe i can start around 15th December.
