Hi Daniel,
Prospecting is something i need bench people to learn.
prospecting is quite hard for SI because the variety of companies is quite broad and difficult.
so we will use FM club as a tool to learn prospecting - whilst getting some fm club work done.
As we discussed HR team will do this daily for 1 week. after that you will delegate this to bench people.
