Id like HR people to stay logged into www.tawk.to all the time incase there is some customer who wants to chat and ask question.
you will use your common sense to answer customer question. incase you dont know the answer you can easily pass teh cahtting to me, ebcause i am usually also online on computer or mobile.
i will give you admin access to tawk.to so that you can do any configuration you need to do, setup the users for Afzal and You, and see how to pass a chat onto next person etc.
