hi Daniel,

i am working on systemising the marketing activities for SI as you know, and you are working on creating a marketing team.

one of the key things we need for marketing is CONTENT... meaning information to promote.

for example if i am promoting our Ebay virtual assistant service - i need to create CONTENT about EBAY to get visitors to the website. when they come to the website they will see about our services.

So i need to systemise the CONTENT CREATION. THis is mostly written stuff. and sometimes INFOGRAPHIC.

This will be teh foundation of marketing. and the content will be used for different marketing types.

I would like this foundation of CONTENT CREATION to stay within HR.

So i would like you and Afzal to focus on creating content every week and posting on MVP blog.

This same content will be added to MailerLite to go for email as well... and for other purposes... but i will add these things step by step.

for now we will post on our blog only until further notice.

Now the content will be of many different topics, so we need to keepa CALENDAR of what content need to be created on which day of the week.

You have the HR calendar... i have  this also on my computer... each time i delegate a CONTENT TOPIC, you will add this to your HR calendar and ENSURE the content is produced on time.

let me know if you have any question or confusions. and ensure you have your HR calendar working and anything else that you need.

AND Create 1 Content for Ebay Seller every week
