Task Details :-

Daniel,

 

we need to establish a process for managing employees who are failing and becoming bad apples.

 

as a company we need to identify such people, and help improve them over a short period of time.

 

if after support they dont imporve then they must be removed.

 

Think over this and create a short step by step plan on how to identify and manage a failing staff.

 

and lets discuss it until we have finalised something suitable.

    A few indicators that can help us identify negative vibes from employees include:

    1. Taking too much leaves by showing lame excuses. 

    2. Making repetitive mistakes in similar works. 

    3. Being casual in the work environment. 

    4. Repeatedly breaking roles like dress code, overbreak, leave procedures, etc. 

    5. Showing aggressive behavior with or without a simple reason.

    6. Intentionally close flexiserver to avoid his/her monitoring. 

    7. Talking unusual or casual words on office premises to pinch others. 

     

    I hope these factors will help us identify potential bad employees early on.

    Hi Daniel,

     

    on this topic, the stuff oyu mention is good and i agree.

     

    however think about the start of the situation - it usually starts with employees feeling neglected or disconnected or unrecognised, or struggling wiht their work.

     

    we need some steps in teh early stages to DETECT an employee going onto the negative path.

     

    what methods can we implement to detect and see the signs early?

    Actually, by phase of time, we didn't notice such cases except for two ( ex Rnny and ex Sharon) who showed their bad thing after resigning from the job - for which it was impossible for us to work with them and find a few solutions. 

    But, as we have faced the same issues, we can now think about some strategies to sort such issues out.

    To address these concerns, I propose the following strategies:

    1. Maintain a blacklist: Compile a list of individuals with negative references to avoid future hiring mistakes.
    2. Foster employee relationships: Assign a dedicated person to build rapport with employees and gather insights.
    3. Conduct regular check-ins: Implement quarterly meetings to discuss work ethics, professionalism, and other relevant topics.
    4. Encourage open communication: Promote a culture where employees feel comfortable sharing concerns and complaints with management or HR.
    5. Recognize positive behavior: Acknowledge and reward employees who demonstrate exemplary work ethics and professionalism.

    we were not so busy for 1 year, so really this task was forgotten even though it was on the Task List.
