HI Daniel,
i can see we are not maintaining employee of the month regularly.
please take lead on this as it is a HR objective.
ALSO very important, we want a new cateogry on our blog for EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH
and each month you will post a short blog article about employee of the month.
Please add this to the HR process document and update me on this task so I can review this document being updated.
AND get this into your and Afjal Routine. set reminders on calendar etc so this is not missed again.

you can take over this and get this Point system CREATED via the developers.
you can get all relevant information and plans from ROss Alan and create the solution on WM.
update me about what the solution/function will be working like first... after we have discussed the solutiona and what it will look like, then i will give you go aehad to assign teh task to developer.
Boss, I have discussed with Ross on this, and he informed me that you want to develop a point system in wm to identify the best employee in a month easily and that's why this process has been postponed so far. He told me the following thing that you discussed in your meeting earlier.
The positive point system in WM will replace an employee of the month:
Points are given by the managers based on the following criteria:
* Punctuality
* Attendance
* Dress Code
* Desk Organization
* Distracting others (negative)
* Personal Conflict (Negative)
* Kitchen Hygiene
* Policy Breaking (Negative)
* Client Feedback (Neutral, Positive, Negative)
The leaderboard will be visible on the WM dashboard and updated weekly. The top performer of each month is selected as the Employee of the Month automatically and will be announced at the quarterly event (3 names).
NB: I need your instructions on this to resume the process again.
