Hope you are doing well. 

As I've discussed with you, TC is our prime platform for connecting candidates for any role, so we should do some tasks to increase the engagement and audience of the TC website. I think the following steps may help us to enhance the reach of our job posts. 

1. Posting different job/career-related posts on the TC FB page 
2. Collaborating in different job groups (especially across Sylhet) - like leaving comments, sharing job posts there, posting different career-related posts
3. Blog writing
4. Posting jobs on the TC website and sharing in TC page & Groups ( and increasing the audience by sharing jobs in other job groups on FB/Linkedin) 
5. Involving office staff to share the job posts from their personal FB and Linkedin accounts. 

I will do the Blog writing, Job Posting, and staff involvement task while I want you to engage with social media work for the TC page. Please, ensure a minimum of one post( related to the job or career) both on the TC FB page and groups, answering comments, replying to messages, participating in other job groups, and any other activity that helps us to raise the audiences of the TC page. 

I am also looking forward to your further suggestion on this.
