Task Details :-
Hi Daniel,
when we hire new staff there are few things we need to do:
1. lots of admin stuff that you are doing already, induction, preparation etc.
however some key things we used to do are missing:
a. introducing the staff to teh company - we used to send a small intro card with picture - find that template and start using it.
ANOTHER THING we need to add is some marketing of new hires to our Clients and Prospects. this will be done via our BLOG.
here are the simple steps you need to do as part of hte hiring process:
1. write a blog post when you hire someone. ask Ronny to show you how to post a blog on MVP website.
2. show me the blog page for review
3. after i approved, you create a mailerlite email of this blog post and send this to customer list.
** and as you know you need to update the hiring PROCESS FLOW with these extra items. please update and send me acopy here on the task.

ok so the blog post about a new hired employee is also getting missed all the time.
and this is then related to adding an email to send to clients aobut a new hire.
so tehre is a process here actually that needs to be added to teh HR POLICY BOOK.
hired staff -> introduce staff by email via WM -> add blog post on MVP/SI -> send auto email to client about staff
add this to ploicy book and send me the book here so i can see it is updated.
BUT the main things remains.... how to ensure you are not forgetting thsi process? what can you do to keep as a reminder?
I've already implemented the first part of the tasks. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
Due to the recent surge in hiring, I haven't been able to update the system. However, I will ensure to keep it updated from now on.
And, I am sorry for the second part, I will work for it from now and wiil keep you updated

Daniel... another important thing that never got done.... get back on top mate... we need to get hte ball rolling so that i can use this stuff for marketing.
