Task Details :-
So when user clicks the Start Getting Paid button, they will got to a new page to do registration.
1. the registration form will be simple. copy this page: https://www.aweber.com/signup.htm
and then we will edit the page content together.
2. when teh user clicks the Submit button for this form, all teh data need to be saved to teh database - you can make a new table for afffiliates e.g tbl_affiliates
3. user will recieve an auto email to Welcome. of course you will use the same auto email template that is existing for the site. but the email body will be diferent. see the image for the content
