Hello Oscar,
Suppose we need some equipments like mouse,keyboard,Ups or stationaries like pen,pencil or need stuffs like tissue,soap etc, in such cases requests are made through varbally or through chat. We need to automate this process in WM. I have designed a powerpoint Wireframe for the task. Please check the attached powepoint slide to get an idea
- Add a Menu called "Procurement" in WM.
- Only manager group can access this.
- Procurement manu will have 3 sub manu called "Submit new Requirment", "View Requirment" and "Archived". Please check attached powerpoint for more details.
- While clicking "submit new requirment", a form will appear,Please check attached powerpoint for more details. Remember "product catagory" is already in "Inventory" menu. Just link that page.
- While clickeing "Archived", 2 tabs will appear. Please check attached powerpoint for more details.

As discussed over phone, Logistics team(karim and khukon)dont seem to access Procurement in WM. They receive emails when a new requirement is added. But when they click the link, in WM it says restricted.
Logistics team cant submit any new requirment but should able to see all requirment. And after the requirment is purchased they should able to mark it as purchased so the item can be moved to archive.
