Task Details :-
Hello Afzal,
Time to start converting Mailchimp automation to Mailerlite automation. The document i sent you contains detailed video tutorial of how to convert/copy a automation from mailchimp to mailerlite. This is what you will do
1. There are 6 automation in mailchimp that you need to convert to mailerlite. As you know each automation contains several emails. You can copy 2 emails of each mailchimp automations every day and convert to mailerlite automation.
2. Once you compete converting, you will ask Rob to check the automation, Rob will edit contents of each email and let you know. As this is a group task, you can just comment in this task, Rob will get notification.
3. After that you will start adding 25 subscribers to each group same as you are adding to Ebay group right now.
4. Remember do not add more then 100 subscribers per day.
5. You will find mailchimp credentials on "Key Assets"
As you already informed me you have gone through the Document so i think you have understand the points i have mentioned above. Still if there is any confusion please do let me know or call me and i will explain.

We are going to make some changes on whole Mailchimp to Mailerlite conversion process.
Right now, you are copying mail contents from Mailchimp and putting the contents on Visio file. Then you are sending the Visio file to Rob. Rob then reviews the Visio diagram, make necessary changes and send you back the Visio file. Then you make Automation on Mailerlite based on the Visio file Rob sent to you.
We are going to make some changes. Now you will copy mail contents directly from Mailchimp and make automation on Mailerlite. Then you will inform Rob. Suppose you added 5 mails today on “EBay Automation”.So you will inform Rob that you have added 5 mails on “EBAY Automation” today. Rob will review mail contents directly on Mailerlite, make necessary changes and let you know. Upon receiving confirmation from Rob that he has modified these mails, you will make Visio diagram from Mailerlite. This Visio files will be a backup incase we lost the account or if we decide to use another tool to send mails in future.

Hi Afzal,
I have reviewed adn fixed evey email in the mailerlite automation. There are 2 automation currently.
I know there are some emails missing from these automations that still remain to be copied from mailchimp.
you can now CONTINUE this task please as per Steves original isntruction.
I need all automations FULLY AND PROPERLYcopied from mailchimp.
there one major mistakes you are making please avoid these mistakes:
1. You just did copy and paste. you didnt test teh email by sneding to yourself - i can see some font is wrong size, some links are wrong or old, and some other small issues.
Keep me updated. I should get AT LEAST 2 new emails on mailerlite to review each week.

As you asked me to finish curr client emails, i find out Afzal already completed converting the mails. In mailchimp curr client is named as VE Advice hence the confusion.
There were 7 mails in mailchimp. All are converted to Visio Blueprint. For your convinience i am uploading the visio file in this command.
