Central Repository(google drive) for all company files

Hello guys,
Till now we are using gmail's(google drive) that we created ourselfs to keep important documents of SI. But we will use a more centralized way from now on.
We devided all the activities into 6 deparments and opened 6 new gmail accounts. The accounts are opened with office phone numbers, SI email address used as recovery option etc. Plese check below the account informations. I will send accont password to appropriate managers over skype.

As you can see each account can be accessed by atleast 2 people. So even if someone is on leave or cant access a computer then the other guy can access the drive and provide files etc if necessary.
Please move all the files that you maintain for SI purposes to above mentioned google drive account. For example Daniel will move all the files related to HR to hr.staffindia2022@gmail.com . Same way i will move all the IT related files to it.staffindia2022@gmail.com
Once we all moved all the necessary files and folders to above mentioned drive, we can share,grant access to files/folders to any employee who needed it.
And from now on we will maintain these accounts and put all the new files/folders on these Drives.
Please complete this task within Thursday. After that IT executives will sync the drives to our File server so that we have a backup copy of all file/folders in our File server as well.
Please comment on the task when you are done uploading.

1. migrated existing files to shared drives
2. correctly using the shared drives for ongoing work so that ongoing future files are not missed.
check option for FOlder Lock to remove access from anyone. only managers will know the passwords for the folder locks on file server drive.
