how do you record and track the waiting list?
i know we talked about using TC recently, adn tehre are some features there for BUILDING a waiting list i think and tarcking the PRE HIRING Process for all candidates.
But... where/how will you see/keep the waiting list of pending candidates that are ready to be hired?
lets discuss and finalise this as it is somethign that needs to be central and accessible to all management.

Boss, we are using a shared Gsheet to ensure centralization of the waiting list.
I am thinking to add a new menu at the WM for showing the summary of waiting list there.

to summarise what is the solution for centralising the waiting list that you are using?
earlier, we used a shared excell sheet and different folders to keep record of the interview. But thus, it took time to find the cvs and notes....
For which, I created these sheet gew days earlier and shared with Ross ans Krish already through email.
If you want I can share those file( earkier recruitment data) with you as well. But, no candidates from that files are available now to join...
but there is no hstroy here - you had had many people on waiting list in the past. so i think this sheet is new?
