I've checked the issue. The issue was occuring because of active employee emails. Our every employee is getting two email ID, one for login and another one for mailing. I didn't fetch the Active Mailing list. That was a misstake.
However, the issue has been solved now.

There is an issue on hiring process i find today.
At the last step when IT executives give their input and submit, all managers should receive a confirmation mail that the hiring process is fully complete.
Today we hired a new person, but we do not get the final confirmation mail.
Please check and resolve this issue.

any data added to the JOINING INFO PAGE - should be saved on teh EMPLOYEE DETAILS TABLE. Do not create a seperate database table as joining info is part of the Employee Details.
