Hi Daniel,

logistics team will get involved in bench work.

Decide which bench tasks they are participate intially. start with the easiest stuff like data collection.

IT staff are getting them setup on the computer on their desk - so you need to check when that is ready.

and you need to prepare vidoe tutorials of how to do the task and delegate this to them in a suitable way. i suggest doing a face to face meeting demonstrating the work on the laptop.

also give them some KPI recording system - e.g. recording their results daily on a googlesheet.

This applies to everyone in logitics include Kukon Manager - although i know he does some already.
