some small changes to Meetings option

few modifications i need:
1. on meeeting list give an icon for REMIND - when the assigner click this it will send auto email to the MINUTE TAKER person to remind them to upload meeting minutes
2. there is minute upload ption but it is in wrong place. the minute upload option should be below the MINUTES NOTES BOX in meeting details. you can remove teh minute upload icon after movin this upload option.
3. when meeting is deleted - all participant should receive auto email to inform them which meeting is cancelled.
4. need option to EDIT meeting minutes
5. need a calendar (same code like WM dashboard calendar) - this calendar is only for meeting room. it will show easily which dates/times are booked so that people can avoid doing double booking. this calendar should be visible at the top of ADD New Meeting page
