Hi Scott,
anotehr small thing to add to ASSIGN TASK function.
1. add this option "Need to inform anyone else? YES / NO
2. if user click Yes then show list of all staff in checkbox.
3. send an auto email to the people in the checkbox selected with TASK DETAILS.
subject: TASK INFO : <task title>
Body: <assigned to>
<full task details text>
Task Current Status :-
Task Not Complete
