HI Steve,

Since ive come to the office ive seen Ted regularly not having much work, or very basic simple work and he seems bored or under-utilised.

Please look into this and balance the workload to Ted equally busy.

When there is no actual tech work to do – you should have a SET OF BACKGROUND tasks for them – id like to know what they will be – ill assgign it on TM for you to stay on top of.

the background task should be maintenance type tasks such as fileserver cleanup, organise, defragment?

switch maintenance, cleaning,

NC server maintenance, cleaning inside outside etc

you think of the list of things that should be done for maintaining our stuff in high performance.

lets work this out.
