Can you please add meeting minutes amend option.
Also, there should be a button - Set Follow-up meeting. The function of the button is to create a follow-up meeting. Here user will select the date, time and other things like as new meeting. Just subject will be the same as previous meeting by adding Follow-up prefix. If you have any confusion please knock me, thanks.
