I am finding more bad data after i take the item from the spreadsheet.

please ensure people who are verifying the data ARE DOING IT PROPERLY - especially the phone numbers. maybe they dont recognise the number and how to dial a UK number form our phone.

ALSO... you need to get teh BAD DATA items that are in the MVP admin panel updated. think about how you will maintain this on a weekly basis. these bad data should be updated directly on teh mvp admin panel.

let me know if oyu have any confusion how to do this.
