as we discussed few days ago. we need google drive accounts for every department, and the drives will sync to our file server at scheduled time.
so 3 steps here:
1. setup google drives with a clear naming technique for each of these departments,
it.staffindia,
hr.staffindia,
management.staffindia,
marketing.staffindia,
operations.staffindia
webdev.staffindia
2. sycn these drives to dedicated fileserver space - that also has RAID.
3. start shifting files from all teams onto this and ensure relevant people have the access to these files accordingly. from this point onwards ALL FILE accesses should be going through this central repository without people using lots of other google drives etc that causes files ot be lost, duplicated etc.
lets complete this implementation within this week. you just handle the core parts of setting up, and get your IT guys to handle the implementation and file shifting etc so that you can focus on the next thing.

All credentials are on the IT manual. All the managers have access to their respective repository account.I have asked everyone several times to use the accounts but they do not.
IT account is maintained and use properly.All our IT releted files are there and i use it as primary account.

what happened to this setup? nobody is using this.... i have zero access to any of this....
please get this back on usage and centralise this.
this should also be in teh IT manual with login details.
1. need to implement these drives so people start using them asap.
2. Policy Document with rules on using shared drives.
3. IT execut to synchorinise to file server
4. monitor web traffic for 2 weeks to see the impact on our bandwidth.
lets complete this within this week so by next monday we can say that we are already in action and using this new system.
