Hi Steve,

could you get a laptop setup for meeting room with the wireless conference mic please.

id like this to STAY setup so that i can easily join in on meetings via google meet video calls.

please implmenet this within today so i can do some testing to ensure this is comfortabel and hassle free to use.this hsould be on wireless netwrok.

The main issue is laptop shortage.I personally set a complete setup multiple times but each time we needed a laptop we have to assign this meeting room laptop.Another issue was plentonics device dongle. The usb dongle causes issues. It keep disconnecting and reconnect automatically.We find a solution for this.The device have bluetooth so we are using bluetooth instead of dongle.

Anyways we just assigned a free laptop in tthemeeting room and setup everything.I tested personally in teams,zoom and google meet and everything is perfect.We can use this setup instantly any time

steve, this same setup is used for interviews. but still to this day interview times there is always somethign issue.

why are you not having thie setup permanent using the plantornics mics? what is the problem? please advise me why we dont have a permanent setup yet that allows us to do online calls for meetings or interviews anytime without calling IT and waiting for a setup
