creating Birthday fucntion on WM

HI Scott,
on employee details we have Birthday data.
Id like you to add this small function to WM:
1. when user does login - check his birthday - if this is same as currentdate() this means his birthday today
2. if his birthday, show a Happy Birthday page or modal window before his Clock In option.
make this happy birthday page nice using some art from internet, and of course make it dynamic to include text like Happy Birthday <FNAME>, today you are <age>
3. ALSO... management need to know when it is someones birthday so simple way is like this:
4. when a manager does login - check all staff birthday to see which one is currentday()+1 (meaning next day)
5. send auto email to management with the information of who's birthday is coming next day, so they can know. e.g. Tomorrow is <FName> birthday, he will be <age>. sometimes maybe there will be multiple staff with same birthday.
keep this confidential it is supposed to be a surprise function so nobody should know.
