Task Details :-
- Job safety: If someone loses a client for an issue on our end, he/she will not go on UPL. Instead, we will put him on the bench at a fixed salary (i.e. 10,000/-) until we assign him/her to a new client.
Rob will finalise a Bench system with HR to ensure people are productive on the bench, thus being paid 10k is not a total waste. HR will have full responsibility of bench area. This will also mean that anyone on the bench move off your profit share table as part of this re-structuring – they fall under HR management. When the staff is reassigned to client they come back under management and profit share as normal.
This will be effective 1st Jan 2023
As discussed there will be no formal announcement for this, it will just be something that people discover over time.
