- Provident Fund: need to sort out a structure for this. One idea was whatever the employee save, the company contribute a percentage of that. The longer the term is the more the company will give back.
Rob to see what can be worked out on this. His system is highly appealing for me as it will encourage longer service by staff, thus improving SI stability further.
