- Yearly Company Picnic – Alan please organize something and implement with Kukon. Of course discus with me regarding costing etc before finlising. Once this is finalized need to announce on WM, and add to the EVERYONE CALENDAR.

work out a FIXED date that teh picnic will happen every year, work out what the picnic will be and finalise this. and lets set this in the company group calendar.
