• Quarterly Competitions – Ross please workout the competitions and how they will be executed, think about the announcement of winners, the dates the competitions will run. I have made a few points on each item below.  Once this is finalized need to announce on WM, and add to the EVERYONE CALENDAR.

1. Cricket Match – keep internal rivalry, do not encourage too much cross shift mixing.
2. Online Quiz – you can delegate his one Daniel by giving him a brief of what the quiz should be about
3. Computer Game – Steve can handle this one as it will need to be a game that most people could enjoy – e.g. Quake, first person shooting – but also such that our computer infrastructure can manage as well. This competition should be executed from the office using our competitors to get maximum positive impact.
4. Chess
