Task Details :-
- Offer a paid course – Rob to work out some online courses within budget
- For New recruits, employee will choose what skill they want to develop and we will provide him a paid course. – this will be an automated system on WM to be implemented by Rob
- Make it compulsory, they need to come 1 hour early, 3 days a week to complete the course. – Rob will discuss and delegate to HR to implement
- Will be mandatory for bench people but anyone else can participate if they want. – will be delegated to HR to implement
