Task Details :-

  • Position Point system (another meeting to discuss this in details and finalize a position point system and rewards. – a meeting has been booked to discuss this and come up with some criteria
  • Based on the positive points, create a leaderboard in WM employee dashboard. – Steve delegate this to developer and see it through, very simple system where a manager level person can add points to a staff incrementally. And on WM dashboard need 3 icons showing the top 3 leaders currently. Needs to be nicely designed for high positive impact on staff.

    please liasie with ross and come up with a simple solution.

     

    it just a simple form like the screenshot.

     

    but of course the interesting part is the REPORTING PART.

     

    1. that shows a summary of people and their points.

    2. being able to go into someone record to see a summary of all their points and comments associated with it

    3. and also the leaderboard on WM dashboard
