Hi Daniel,

As discussed, we need to create a startup guide for employees when they are starting with a new client for the first time. This document should have the standard procedures for dealing with a client, things they should and shouldn't do, etc, and anything else that will help him get started. 

Let's create the document and email Rob to get this approved and we can then use this on every case going forward.
