Hi Scott,
Please add new functionality to the Up Coming Roles in WM, and the steps will be like the following:
1. user Click the Make it complete button
2. A pop-up form like the following will be displayed

3. Users will fill in the data and click to save button.
4. An email will be sent to the IT manager with the attachment of this form( managers and admin will also receive the email as cc)
5. The data should be saved accordingly.

May, I know the updates on the work, mate?
Scott, we need another simple column( shift) to add to the upcoming Role's table.
The Shift column will show the shift required for the upcoming roles. You may need to add a functionality in MVP to make changes there.
