as discussed you have a cleaned email list now of about 30k candidates.

so when you post a new job these candidates need to receive this email. so learn from steve how to manage this.

ALSO.. you need to check with scott - and see who is receiving the email directly from website - i dont think 35k people are receiving this. i am receiving this thats for sure.

i think we should stop this website sending email and use the email tool to send the email this way we can track how many people are active and opening email and respondign etc.
