inform HR button - summary

Task Details :-
Hi Scott,
when mvp user is clicking inform HR -it is creating upcoming role in WM.
BUT... mvp user cannnot access this information so they have no record of which items/clients they did inform HR for.
so we need to record this data for teh user AND show them option.
so in mvp admin panel create a new menu option called "Acquired Clients".
when user click this, they can see a table of all the different client they did inform HR for. this table will be same as upcoming roles table (see attached to know the column)
BUT the status colum will not be button it will be LABEL only - to show if COMPLETED (green label) or NOT COMPLETED *red label" or PENDING "orange label".
There will be one action button for now, for CONTACT HR, this is same like discussion function. this action button will allow mvp user to discuss teh item with the HR.
and of course they must receive the auto email for each discussion message, and ALSO should be showing on mvp dashboard same like other discussion.

i forgot to mention, now in upcoming role, in WM, of course tehre needs to be same option for discussion so that the WM user can also see history of discussion about this.
BUT ALSO, when the user will 'make completed' or 'completed' this need to update status in mvp admin panel as well.
so this smal change in wm will have to be done by oscar
