as discussed i dont see this in action yet. lets get this into action please, id like to see people maintaing their workspace and laptops

i would make the wall paper more simpler mate so it is a reminder of what to do. the details are already on the paper/email they will receive. so no need ot include os much detail on teh wall paper.
to make it effective we should focus on the key points. like you can use powerpoint > insert > smart art to create somthing eye catching so the user will give attention daily.

This task is almost done. Will be finished within tomorrow.
As we discussed we will create a Desktop wallpaper which will contain all the instructions. The wallpaper is already created. Find attach the wallpaper and let me know if you like it or not.
And the last thing will be to add a task scheduler, which will give a popup message to remind employees to follow the instructions.
