HI Alan,

as we discussed on email, we need function for logging expenses on WM (as oyu chose WM isntead of a ready made software).

this function should only be visible to users who have permission to view/access it.

this means devloper will need to check what types of users we have - and if required add more user types.

i am coming back to this topic again.

last time i said to add a function on WM. but i think theres an easier way.

currently we are doing this on spreadsheet. but there are software that can help with analysing data and managing expenses very well.

lets start using a sofware. i use to use MS MOney. its an old software but it is great. we dont need a new modern software that is charging us monthly fee.

please finalise something.
